The Digital Marketing Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing team in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the organization and its products and/or services. This position offers valuable learning opportunities in various digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Support the creation and optimization of content for the organization’s website and social media platforms.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging content.
  • Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote products and events.
  • Monitor online presence and track digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of multimedia content such as videos and images for digital marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate various marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Assist in the development and management of digital marketing assets such as banners and landing pages.

Required Qualifications


  • Pursuing or recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using common digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and MailChimp.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices for business use.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for website maintenance is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic graphic design principles using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and their implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
