We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to grow our coaching business by generating leads and increasing awareness about our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for the coaching business.
  • Maintain and update the lead database regularly.

Outreach and Communication:

  • Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to introduce’s coaching services.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand potential customers’ career goals and needs.
  • Provide detailed information about our coaching programs and answer any queries.

Sales Calls:

  • Increase the number of daily sales calls by proactively contacting potential customers.
  • Schedule and conduct sales calls, providing personalized coaching solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth transition from interest to enrollment.

Awareness Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness about’s coaching services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and online forums to promote our services.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, sales calls, and conversions.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and achievements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
